How to place an order?
Browse through our product catalog and add to cart the item/s you would like to purchase. If you’re ready to pay, click the ‘checkout’ button and fill out the necessary information. Once done, click ‘submit order’.

Available courier is J&T Express.
How much is the shipping fee?
Php 99 for all orders below Php 399
Php 69 for all orders Php 399 and up
FREE SHIPPING for all orders Php 1000 and up
When will my order arrive?
Earliest is 3 days and latest is 7 days. This is just an estimate because delivery lead time varies depending on your delivery address, the seller’s pickup address, and the courier's working days.

Do you ship in bulk?
Yes. Please message us first if you wish to order certain products in large quantities.
How much is the shipping fee for bulk packages?
JRS Express General Cargo costs Php 220 for Luzon Areas, Php 200 for Visayas Areas, and Php 190 for Mindanao areas. The maximum weight allowed for JRS general cargoes is only 3 kilos. Cargoes heavier than that will be subject to calculation.
We can also ship cargoes up to 20 kilos but we will need to transact via our Shopee store using J&T Express as courier.
Do you ship internationally?
No international shipping yet.
Do you do same-day deliveries?
Yes, applicable to Zamboanga City addresses only. For same-day deliveries, we use Maxim as courier service. No meetups and pick ups allowed yet.
RETURNS
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Please note the following conditions:
- Products that are valid for refund or exchange are only those received with defect, damage, or discrepancy. Change of mind is not valid.
- Minor oil leakage cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the majority of the product spilled out of its container.
- Requests for refund or exchange must be addressed within 5 days after your order has been delivered.

PRODUCT
Are your products organic?
Our face masks, lip products, shampoo bars, candles, soaps are 100% organic! However, our body polishes aren’t because they contain preservatives. All other products are preservative-free, fragrance-free, and plant-derived.
Do you use preservatives?
We only use preservatives in body polishes as we find it necessary since this product will be in constant exposure to water or moist environment.
All other products in our catalog are water-free, therefore a preservative isn’t necessary. However, you will find some care instructions or tips on increasing shelf life written on our product labels.

The product I want to purchase is out of stock. What do I do?
Don’t worry! You can add the product to your wish list and you will be the first one to know when it gets back in stock.
I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
Our products are naturally great on all skin types because they are made from organic ingredients. Since everyone’s skin varies, please do a patch test first before using the product.
Can I request to have my order gift-wrapped?
Of course! Please indicate in the ‘notes’ section below your order that you want it wrapped. If you want to include a tag/personal note, you may indicate it in the ‘notes’ section as well.
